Is there a time limit on the free trial?
Nope. You can take as long as you need on the free trial, only pay when you're ready to open your website to the public.
How about setup fees?
None. You can get started right away (right now!) for free.
Do I need to enter any payment details to sign up?
Nope! It's totally risk free. You only enter payment details when you're ready to choose a subscription plan for your website.
Can I upgrade my plan later on?
Absolutely!
How about downgrade?
Yep, and your account will be credited the difference.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for our services using credit/debit card with Stripe, or PayPal payments.
Can I pay for my site subscription in my local currency?
Unfortunately we can only accept payments in £GBP, though most banks and even PayPal will convert your currency for the transaction.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Absolutely not! If you use a third party payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, etc) they do charge their own transaction fees though.
How much bandwidth do I get?
An unlimited supply!
Do I need a web host?
Nope. Technically we'll be your web host. All our plans include hosting as standard.
Can I use my own domain name?
Of course! You'll find instructions in your site admin panel.
